Anna Ohanyan

Senior Scholar, Russia And Eurasia Program at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

Anna Ohanyan is a distinguished academic and researcher focused on political science and international relations. Currently serving as a Senior Scholar in the Russia and Eurasia Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace since December 2020, Anna holds multiple roles at Stonehill College, including Richard B. Finnegan Distinguished Professor and Chair of the Department of Political Science and International Studies. With previous experience as an Individual Advanced Research Opportunity Grantee at IREX and a Fulbright Fellow, Anna has also contributed as a Research Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and held post-doctoral and pre-doctoral fellowships at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Anna earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from Syracuse University, completing the degree in 2003.
