Dr. H.A. Hellyer FRHistS FRUSI is a distinguished scholar specializing in politics, international relations, political economy, security, and societal issues in both the West and the Arab world. Currently serving as a Non-Resident Scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and a Senior Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute, Dr. Hellyer has extensive experience in advisory roles and academic positions including fellowships at the University of Cambridge and the Atlantic Council.
