Tinkhani Ushe White, Ed.D., serves as the Director of Systems Transformation and Senior Associate in Networked Improvement Science at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, while also working as an Educational Consultant for Advanced Learning Partnerships, Inc. Since 2018, Tinkhani has been an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Virginia and has taught research and assessment for aspiring K-12 school administrators at Virginia Tech from 2016 until 2024. Previous leadership roles include Director of School Improvement for Chesterfield County Public Schools, where Tinkhani achieved 100% school accreditation, and various positions within Henrico County Public Schools, including Principal and Curriculum Coordinator. Tinkhani holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Virginia Commonwealth University, and SUNY Geneseo, respectively.
