Ted Lamade

Ted Lamade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at the Carnegie Institution for Science since September 2018, Ted has previously held the position of Portfolio Manager at Brown Advisory from June 2013 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Summer Associate in Private Markets Research at NEPC in 2012 and a Vice President in Global Interest Rates at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from February 2007 to July 2011. Ted holds an MBA in Investments and Securities from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus on International Affairs from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia. Ted's educational background is complemented by an early foundation at Landon School.
