Justin Visnesky is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various design roles, currently serving as a Senior Designer at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh since February 2018. Additionally, Justin has held the position of Creative Director at Junior Varsity Studios since February 2009. Previous roles include Senior Designer at Mizrahi, Inc. and 3PC Media, Designer at Landesberg Design and ThoughtForm, and Graphic Designer at the Missouri Botanical Garden and Brilliance Audio. Justin began a career in design as Art Director/Graphic Designer at Art Effects. With a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1994 and 1998, Justin has cultivated a diverse skill set throughout a successful career in the design industry.

Established in 1895 by philanthropist Andrew Carnegie as a public trust to be funded by the community, the Library derives approximately 90% of its annual operating budget from public or government sources, including the Allegheny County Regional Asset District (RAD), the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the City of Pittsburgh.
