Shayna Ross is an experienced library professional currently serving as the Adult Services Coordinator at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh since September 2011. In this role, Shayna is responsible for recruiting and training library staff, providing coaching and support for professional growth, and overseeing systemwide operations. Previous positions held at Carnegie include Library Services Supervisor, Public and Readers Services Librarian, and Digitization and Archival Intern, among others, showcasing a diverse skill set in staff management, community outreach, and program development. Shayna holds a Master of Science in Information & Library Science from PennWest Clarion and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University.
