Arthi Krishnaswami

Arthi Krishnaswami is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in education, client solutions, and community advocacy. Currently serving as a Client Solutions Partner at HappyFunCorp since July 2024, Arthi also holds the position of Distinguished Adjunct of Professional Practice at Carnegie Mellon University, teaching Design for Social Innovation. As the President of the Community Success Institute since December 2016, Arthi focuses on improving educational outcomes for at-risk communities through research and advocacy. Additionally, Arthi founded RyeCatcher Education PBC in March 2013 and has held senior leadership roles at The College Board and Siegel+Gale, specializing in strategic insights and user experience. Arthi earned a BA in Public Policy from Brown University and an MA in Information Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
