Kelli Maxwell

Kelli Maxwell currently serves as the Associate Dean for Student Success at Carnegie Mellon University since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kelli held multiple positions at the Community College of Allegheny County from February 2013 to June 2022, including Associate Provost, where Kelli was responsible for academic affairs and program quality, and Dean of Student Development, overseeing various student services and admissions. Kelli's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Registration and Advisement and Assistant Dean at Chatham University. Kelli began academic work as an Assistant Professor at the University at Albany. Kelli holds a PhD in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a MAC in Communication and a BA in Political Communication from The George Washington University.
