Kelli Shuman

Kelli Shuman is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at various educational institutions. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Carnegie Mellon University, Kelli has previously held the same title at Elon University and served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Kelli's career in human resources began with positions including Director of Human Resources and Associate Director of Human Resources. Kelli holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management from Black Hills State University and an M.S. in Administrative Studies with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of South Dakota.
