Matthew Marciak

Matthew Marciak serves as the Team Lead for Technology Enhanced Facilities Operations at Carnegie Mellon University since September 2013, where responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, overseeing equipment inventory, and directing various operational projects related to technology maintenance. Matthew has advanced through multiple roles at the university, from Senior Technology Enhanced Facilities Technician to Cluster Facilities Coordinator, gaining extensive experience in providing technical support, managing A/V infrastructure, and ensuring optimal learning environments. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Field Training Specialist at Dealer Tire, delivering training and support to over 430 dealerships, and contributing to improvements in sales and operations. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Case Western Reserve University.
