Ryan Oberndorf

Ryan Oberndorf, CTS, is a seasoned audio-visual professional with extensive experience in programming and technical support. Currently serving as the Principal Audio Visual Technician at Carnegie Mellon University since October 2021, Ryan oversees preventative inspections, trouble calls, and user training while leading communication improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes working as a Crestron Programmer at AVI-SPL, where Ryan crafted complex audio-visual systems for various enterprises. Earlier roles at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and as a freelance video production specialist solidified Ryan's expertise in event execution, video production, and client relations. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema and Digital Arts from Point Park University.
