Michele G.

Michele G. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education and organizational management. Currently serving as the Department Coordinator for the Geology + Environmental Science Department at the University of Pittsburgh, Michele manages daily operations and oversees various management tasks, recognized for excellence in leadership with the 2025 Orosz Award. Additionally, Michele works as a Museum Educator III at the Carnegie Museum of Art, designing and implementing educational programs. Previous roles include teaching secondary visual arts at Lake Travis ISD and Leander ISD, as well as serving in various educational and leadership capacities in church and community settings. Michele holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Studio Art from the University of Pittsburgh and an Alternative Teaching Certification from Inspire Texas.
