Erin Kenavey

Erin Kenavey has a diverse work experience in human resources and labor relations. Erin has held multiple roles at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, starting in 2011 as a Benefits Manager and later moving into the position of Director of HR and Labor Relations. Prior to their time at Carnegie Museums, they worked as a Client Manager at Morneau Sobeco from 2010 to 2011. In 2008, Erin worked as a Manager of Human Resources at UPMC Mercy, where they played a key role in the implementation of the PeopleSoft HRIS transition. Erin also has experience as a Lead HR Generalist and HR Generalist at Pittsburgh Mercy Health System, where they supervised the benefits department, administered health and welfare plans, and managed various projects and initiatives. Overall, Erin has a strong background in HR and labor relations, with a focus on process improvement, training, and project management.

Erin Kenavey has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Health and Human Services, which they received from La Roche University from 1992 to 1997. Erin also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Administration from the same university, which they earned from 2003 to 2010.
