In 2021, Bill brought his 25+ years of experience in consulting and software development to Carnegie as part of the company’s acquisition of mStoner, a web development agency for higher education. At mStoner, Bill worked closely with clients to form strategic partnerships to achieve measurable, deeply satisfying results through superior technology. An expert problem solver, Bill has thrived in leadership roles in consulting, start-up, and corporate environments. A highlight includes his seven years at CNA Insurance as director of application development, where he led a group of 50 employees and participated in large-scale projects that transformed the organization.
