Bob Fricker

Bob Fricker is a seasoned educational consultant with extensive experience in leadership and institutional advancement. Currently serving as a Senior Search Consultant at The Search Group at Carney, Sandoe & Associates since January 2012, and also in the same role at Carney, Sandoe & Associates since January 2011, Bob has a strong background in educational consulting that includes a position at Educational Directions from April 2006 to January 2012. Prior roles include Head of School at Independent Day School and various positions in educational institutions such as Director of Institutional Advancement at Northfield Mount Hermon School and Director of Development at the University of Massachusetts. Bob holds a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, attained between 2002 and 2006.
