Charlotte Fay

Charlotte Fay has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Charlotte started their career in 2008 as an Agent's Assistant at ICM and worked there until 2010. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Coordinator at Syfy. Charlotte then joined Independent Talent Group as an Assistant to the Managing Director and later became an EA to the Chairman from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2021, Charlotte worked at Carnival Film & Television Limited. Charlotte started as a Social Media Executive and then became an EA to the Executive Chairman. Their most recent role at Carnival is Manager, Operations, which they have been in since March 2020.

Charlotte Fay attended Trinity Laban from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a BMus (Hons) degree in Music Performance. In 2009, they enrolled in the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology at Regent's College in London, completing a foundation course in Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology until 2010.
