Pavan K Prakash

Pavan K Prakash has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Pavan currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Caro Nut. Prior to this, they worked at Mohawk Industries as the Director of Manufacturing Finance. Pavan also held various roles at Olam, including Senior Director of Finance, Regional Finance Controller, Finance Controller, and Finance Manager. Before joining Olam, they worked as a Treasury Manager at Britannia Industries Limited. Pavan began their career as a Finance Intern at Intel Corporation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong financial management skills, including streamlining processes, leading due diligence reviews and post-acquisition integrations, and implementing ERP systems. Pavan has also been responsible for managing treasury operations and raising capital for companies.

Pavan K Prakash pursued their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bangalore University, from the year 2000 to 2003. Pavan also obtained additional certifications, including "Chartered Accountant (CA)" from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2005 and "Leading with Data and Analytics" from University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education in 2019.
