Rex Hatter

Rex Hatter has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Rex started their career at The Kraft Heinz Company in 1986 as a Plant Engineer and Supervisor, where they remained for 12 years. In 1998, they joined Kraft Foods and held various roles including West Area Manufacturing Engineering Manager, West Area Distribution Manager, and Plant Manager. In 2020, they became the Director of Manufacturing at The Kraft Heinz Company before moving on to their current role as Vice President of Operations at Caro Nut in 2022.
