Isaac Martinez

Isaac Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Isaac began their career as a Senior Internal Auditor at ExxonMobil, where they conducted audits and fraud investigations across various segments of the organization. Isaac then joined Chiquita as an Audit Supervisor, overseeing financial and operational reviews of subsidiaries.

Martinez then moved to VF Corporation, where they held multiple roles. Isaac started as an Internal Audit Supervisor, providing audit services to VF's Latin American operations. Isaac also worked on special projects evaluating potential acquisitions. Later, they became the Financial & Administrative Manager for VF's offshore operations, managing administrative aspects such as HR, accounting, and systems. Isaac also supervised a budget of approximately $10 million.

After VF Corporation, Martinez joined Warnaco as the Director of Finance & Administration, responsible for the administrative aspects of manufacturing operations in Mexico. Isaac was also the legal representative for all legal entities of Warnaco in Mexico.

At Augusta Sportswear, Martinez served as the Corporate Controller, overseeing key financial areas such as accounting, budgeting, treasury, costing, and tax. Isaac led a project that resulted in the successful sale of the company to private equity firms.

Following their time at Augusta Sportswear, Martinez became the Chief Financial Officer at Bay Island Sportswear. Isaac then joined Endura Products Corp as the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, where they served until 2018.

Most recently, Martinez worked at Versacarry as a Principal Consultant before joining Carole Fabrics as the Vice President of Finance in 2019.

Isaac Martinez earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance & Accounting from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance & Accounting at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2002 to 2004.
