Brooke Smith

Brooke Smith is an accomplished education and community service professional with extensive experience in youth development and support roles. Currently serving as an ERSEA Specialist at Carole Robertson Center for Learning since July 2021 and a Youth Worker at Albany Park Community Center since July 2019, Brooke oversees educational activities and manages student engagement during after-school and summer programs. Additionally, Brooke's background includes roles as an Intake Specialist, Youth Development Specialist, and Housing Specialist, providing vital assistance to community members in resource navigation. Prior experience as a Home Care Specialist at the Romanian Community Center involved supporting elderly individuals with personal care and administrative tasks. Brooke holds a Master’s degree in Urban Studies/Affairs/Educational Inquiry Curriculum Study from Northeastern Illinois University and possesses a Bachelor’s degree in English Secondary Education and an Associate’s degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
