David Kennedy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. As the Owner and Chief Financial Officer of Carolina Cabin Rentals, Inc. since January 2008, David specializes in managing vacation rental properties without engaging in real estate transactions. Previously, David served as President of Mountain Lodge Construction, Inc. from January 2001 to December 2009, overseeing the construction of custom and speculative homes in North Carolina's High Country.
