Amanda Davis, RD, LDN, EP-C, is a dedicated Registered Dietitian and co-founder of Simply Fed Nutrition, which offers virtual nutrition coaching and wellness consulting services. Currently serving as a consulting dietitian for multiple assisted living facilities and two hospice locations through Crandall Corporate Dietitians and Carolina Caring, respectively, Amanda has extensive experience in the nutrition field. Additionally, Amanda has contributed as a personal training instructor with World Instructor Training Schools and has held various roles in wellness coordination, freelance writing, and education, including serving as an adjunct instructor. Amanda holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Appalachian State University, as well as completing a dietetic internship and earning a Master's in Public Health from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
