Rebecca Babyak

Rebecca Babyak is the Director of Continuous Improvement at Carolina Foods, Inc. Previously, Rebecca held roles as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at MacLean Power Systems and a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator at Forbo Movement Systems. Rebecca also worked as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at USG, where Rebecca led multi-million dollar projects and oversaw production line initiatives. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, Rebecca has a strong background in driving continuous improvement and safety initiatives across various industries.
