Raffaele Ilardo

Raffaele Ilardo possesses extensive experience in the fashion industry, holding prominent roles in esteemed companies. Currently, Raffaele serves as a Studio Creative and provides technical advice for Couture and Ready-to-Wear (RDW) for both women's and men's collections at Maison Margiela since December 2017. Concurrently, Raffaele is the Vice President of Design at Carolina Herrera, responsible for overseeing all collections, including ready-to-wear, resort, bridal, and accessories since September 2016. Additionally, Raffaele has held the position of Creative Advisor and Director of the Atelier at Maison Margiela, Oscar de la Renta, Christian Dior Couture, and CHANEL, contributing to the design and construction of Haute Couture and Ready-to-Wear collections while working closely with various Artistic Directors.
