Jim O'Brien

Jim O'Brien has extensive experience in the concessions sector, currently serving as the Director of Concessions for the Carolina Hurricanes since August 2005, after previously holding the position of Concessions Manager. In this role, Jim O'Brien is responsible for executing concessions events of varied size and scope, overseeing staffing and management, and ensuring accurate reporting of all concessions-related revenue, expenses, and receivables. Prior to this, Jim O'Brien worked as Concessions Manager at Lenovo Center from 2005 until September 2021, further solidifying expertise in concessions management and operations.
