Meghan Lamontagne

Meghan Lamontagne is a seasoned multimedia personality currently serving as the host of the Iced Tea Podcast at Capitol Broadcasting Company since February 2024. In addition, Meghan has been an in-stadium host for both North Carolina Courage and Carolina Hurricanes since March 2022 and November 2021, respectively. Previous experience includes co-hosting a morning show at iHeartMedia, hosting the Monster Jam Truck Triple Threat Series, and producing the Boss, Please! podcast. Meghan's media career began with roles at Disney ABC Television Group and DEFY Media, contributing as a host and writer. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College, complemented by prior studies at Purdue University and Pelham High School.
