Stephanie Wage

Stephanie Wage is a skilled Technical Support Engineer at Lenovo since April 2019, where responsibilities include ensuring timely resolutions to technical issues and striving for customer satisfaction. In addition to this role, Stephanie has been an Ice Technician for the Carolina Hurricanes since September 2014, collaborating with teams to maintain NHL-quality ice surfaces and managing time-sensitive transitions. Previously, Stephanie served as a Reservation Specialist and Customer Service Representative at the Town of Holly Springs from March 2008 to April 2019, focusing on improving employee efficiency, providing customer service, and managing recreational programs for over 30,000 citizens. Stephanie holds an Associate in Applied Science in Storage and Virtualization from Wake Technical Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology from North Carolina State University.
