David Jackson

David Jackson serves as the President and CEO of the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce, leading initiatives to support the local business community in Northwest North Carolina. Jackson brings extensive experience in sports broadcasting, including roles as a PantherVision voiceover announcer for the Carolina Panthers and a play-by-play broadcaster for various networks such as ESPN+. In addition to a longstanding tenure in athletics administration at Appalachian State University, Jackson has also contributed to teaching as an adjunct professor in communication. Prior experience includes hosting a baseball podcast, overseeing athletic broadcasts, and engaging audiences through various radio programs. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Appalachian State University.
