Gail Joiner-Smith, CPC, CRC, CEMC has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Gail currently holds the positions of Business Office Manager and CBO Supervisor at Carolina Health Specialists since July 2001. Prior to this, Gail worked at Coastal Cancer Center as a Floater from 1997 to 2001.
