Courtney C. has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Courtney began their career at Charlotte Radiology in 2003, where they held various roles including Vein and Vascular Center/Special Accounts Coordinator, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources/Compliance Generalist, and finally as the Asst Director of HR and Compliance/ Associate Compliance Officer from January 2009 to August 2011. In 2011, they joined Carolina Urology Partners, PLLC, where they served as Director of HR & Compliance until December 2014. Courtney then transitioned to the role of Chief Administrative Officer from January 2015 to December 2016. From January 2017 to July 2020, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer, and they are currently serving as the CEO of Carolina Urology Partners, PLLC since August 2020.
