Jude O'Sullivan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Jude has held various leadership roles in different companies throughout their career. Jude is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Carolina West Wireless, where they direct business process and systems transformations, focusing on customer service, IT, HR, billing, and collections. Jude has achieved significant improvements in service, reducing contact center costs and increasing agent productivity. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Carolina West Wireless, where they realigned operations to maximize the customer experience and improve acquisition, retention, and profitability. Earlier in their career, Jude worked at AT&T as the Director of Customer Service, leading high-volume customer contact centers with top performing KPIs. Jude also served as the Director of Customer Operations at Dobson Communications, Director of Business Operations at American Cellular, and held various positions at PriCellular, including Director of Client Services and Director of Inventory Procurement.

Jude O'Sullivan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, Jude has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology - Telecommunications Management from the same institution. Jude earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management & Economics from Empire State University. Furthermore, Jude has obtained a Financial Management Certificate from Cornell University.

In terms of certifications, Jude is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), having obtained this certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in February 2020. Jude is also a CXPA Professional Member, having obtained this membership in January 2020.
