Laura Armstrong

Laura Armstrong, CPMSM, has been a dedicated professional within Carolinas Healthcare System since 1980, progressing through various roles and ultimately becoming the Medical Staff Manager in 2012. In this leadership position, Laura focuses on identifying process improvement opportunities, developing strategic plans for enhanced customer service, and fostering synergy across the organization. Past responsibilities include serving as a Medical Staff Specialist, where Laura managed meetings and bylaws for key enterprise locations and participated in credentialing and review committees. Laura began their career in Out-Patient Physical Therapy within the same organization and has foundational training from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy, complemented by early education at St Stephens High School.
