Marketing Team

The Marketing Team at Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union is responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote the credit union’s services and membership benefits. Led by the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO), the team consists of a Digital Specialist who manages online presence, a Marketing Assistant who supports daily operations, and an Integrated Marketing Strategist who creates cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Together, they enhance brand awareness, engage current and potential members, and support the growth of the credit union’s membership base.
