Erika Murphy

Erika Murphy, P.E., is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Associate at Carollo Engineers since March 2019, where Erika manages the $1.6 billion Willamette Water Supply Program. Previously, Erika held the position of Project Manager at the City of Hillsboro Water Department from March 2011 to March 2019, overseeing the design and construction of capital improvement projects, in addition to serving as a Project Engineer. Erika's earlier experience includes roles at Cardno Limited and Cardno WRG, where significant achievements involved water system modeling and designing civil works in Australia. Erika also contributed to the AWWA - Pacific Northwest Section as Engineering Committee Chair. Erika earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland in 2002 and holds a Professional Engineering license in Oregon.
