F. Del Murphy, Jr.

F. Del Murphy, Jr. has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. F. started their career at EY, where they worked with clients in seven states and gained expertise in strategic planning, financial forecasting, business valuation, hospital/physician integration, new facility and service development, certificate of need and medical manpower planning. In 1996, they joined Carolinas HealthCare System as Senior Vice President - Strategic Services Group. In this role, they were responsible for system strategy development and deployment, performance improvement, new business/market development, and clinical services planning. F. left Carolinas HealthCare System in 2016 to join Caromont Health as Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer.

F. Del Murphy, Jr. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Winthrop University in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Wingate University. F. Del Murphy, Jr. is also certified from FACHE in Healthcare Administration.
