Eric Fletcher

Eric Fletcher serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Baptist Health since July 2025. With extensive experience in strategic leadership, Eric has held various senior roles at Mary Washington Healthcare from October 2009 to July 2025, including Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, and Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications. Additionally, Eric has been a Master Examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program since 2006 and worked at High Point Regional Health System as Chief Marketing and Business Intelligence Officer and Chief Marketing Officer from November 1995 to March 2010. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
