The leadership team at Caromont Health has a long history of experience in the medical and healthcare industry. Many members of the team have worked in high-level positions at well-known companies such as Hospice of the Piedmont, Novant Health, Cone Health, and Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. The team also has a wealth of experience in human resources, with several members having worked in HR for companies like Mecklenburg County and Union Memorial Hospital. In addition to their work experience, many members of the team have advanced degrees in fields such as nursing administration, healthcare administration, and business administration.
