Michelle Martin is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Sr. Comp & Benefit Representative at Carondelet Health since September 2008, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in various HR roles, including Human Resources Administrator at Robert E. Miller Insurance Agency and HR Benefits Specialist at NovaStar. Additionally, Michelle contributed valuable skills as a Benefits Representative at Sprint from 1997 to 2001. Michelle holds a degree from Park University, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
