Daniel Teixeira

Daniel Teixeira is a seasoned professional in telecommunications and technical support with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a NOC Senior Support Specialist at Carousel Industries since June 2011, Daniel specializes in Avaya Unified Communications, VoIP, and data/voice convergence technology. Prior experience includes a position as a Help Desk Technician T3 at Adventist Health System Information Systems, where responsibilities included the maintenance and resolution of desktop PCs and network equipment. Daniel also worked as an Engineering Technician at Practical Engineering Inc., creating mechanical and electro-mechanical drawings for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Daniel's career began in the United States Marine Corps as a Dial Central Office Repairman, focusing on the maintenance of telephone equipment. Daniel holds an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems Technology and another in Electro-Mechanical Drafting & Design from the New England Institute of Technology.
