Deep Arora

Deep Arora has over 10 years of work experience in software engineering, with a focus on iOS development. Deep is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Carousell Group, where they have held various positions since 2020. Prior to this, Deep worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Grab and RedMart, where they were involved in iOS development and front-end development using React. Deep also has experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Prime Focus Technologies, where they led a team and developed an HTTP live streaming video player. Deep's early experience includes working as an iOS Developer at Oncam and as a freelancer and agency owner on Upwork, where they developed numerous mobile apps and games. Deep started their career as an iOS intern at intersoft-professional, where they learned the fundamentals of iOS development.

Deep Arora completed their Bachelors of Technology (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Professional University from 2008 to 2012. Deep also obtained various certifications, including Unit Testing For iOS Developers from LinkedIn Learning, Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera, The Data Science Course 2019: Complete Data Science Bootcamp from Udemy, and GATE 2011 from GATE. Additionally, they completed the Try Git certification from Code School.
