Jeanne Ding has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jeanne is currently working as the People Business Partner Director at Carousell Group, where they lead a team and collaborates with business leaders to enhance organizational performance. Prior to this, Jeanne worked at Mapletree as a Senior Human Resource Manager, focusing on compensation and benefits. Jeanne also had a concurrent role as the Interim Vice President at Oakwood, a subsidiary of Mapletree, where they led the HR team and participated in business restructuring. Earlier in their career, Jeanne held various roles at Singtel, including Associate Director of Group Rewards and HR Lead for a strategic transformation project. Jeanne also worked at GIC, where they managed HR operations and administration in different roles.
