Ketan Mujumdar

Ketan Mujumdar has over a decade of experience in software development and management roles. Ketan currently works as the Director of Engineering at Carousell Group, where they oversee critical areas such as Merchants Payments, Verticals, and Trust. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Carousell for three years.

Before joining Carousell, Ketan worked as a Senior Manager (Product Engineering) at Mediacorp Pte Ltd, where they played a key role in coaching teams and managing the single sign-on system for 70 different websites.

Ketan also gained valuable experience at Zalora Singapore, where they held positions as a Release Manager/Scrum Master and Senior Software Developer. In these roles, they managed the release process, implemented CI infrastructure software, and engaged in project management and integration tasks.

Earlier in their career, Ketan worked at Blue Shores Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Team Lead and Senior Software Developer, where they developed a subscription platform and integrated it with various applications. Ketan also founded their own company, Xgen Solutions, where they handled website design and implementation for small and local businesses.

Additionally, Ketan has experience as a Software Developer at Remote Data Exchange, where they developed a web-based vehicle tracking system using Google Maps and integrated it with different hardware.

Ketan Mujumdar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2006-2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Technology from ESSP from 2003-2006. Ketan's high school education was at PES Modern High School, where they completed their 10th grade. In addition to their formal education, Ketan also obtained two Duolingo Spanish Fluency certifications in 2016.
