Ranadheer V. has extensive work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Ranadheer is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering and India Site Leader at Carousell Group. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering at Locus. Ranadheer also worked at Tesco as the Director of Engineering - Fulfilment, where they focused on building a competition differentiating fulfilment platform and executing the company's strategy. Ranadheer served as the Senior Director of Engineering and General Manager of Ad Products and Platform at Rakuten, where they played a key role in revamping key advertising products and delivering a transformational CPD platform. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Product, Strategy, and People at ENIXTA Innovations and as the Chief Dreaming Officer at a Stealth Mode Startup Company where they worked on various ideas around Volunteering, Healthcare, and Crowdfunding. Ranadheer also held positions at eBay, Microsoft IDC Bangalore, Yahoo! Inc., and Deloitte, where they gained expertise in trust and safety, product development, data engineering, and consulting roles.

Ranadheer V. completed their 10+2 degree in maths/science at Sainik School Korukonda from 1985 to 1992. Then, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in maths from Sri Venkateswara University from 1992 to 1995. Finally, they obtained a Post Graduate degree in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli from 1996 to 1999.
