David Kear has a strong background in warehouse operations and logistics management. In 1993, they started their career at Albertsons as a Warehouse Operations Superintendent. Following this, they worked at Pallet Logistics Management as the Vice President of Operations for two years. David is currently the Vice President of Warehouse Operations at CarParts.com, starting in November 2019.
David Kear has a Bachelor's degree in Religious Education, which they obtained from Andersonville Baptist Seminary between 1991 and 1993. Following this, they completed a Master's degree in Church Business Administration at West Coast Bible College and Seminary from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they attended Cornell University and obtained a Professional Certificate in Executive Leadership and Change Management, which they completed in 2013. In 2014, David Kear attended the Leadership Academy to study Business and Leadership, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
