Phillip Chang

Phillip Chang is a seasoned professional in information security and IT infrastructure, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Infrastructure and Security at CarParts.com since January 2023, where Phillip also holds the role of Senior Director of Information Security. Prior to this, Phillip was the Director of Information Security, Data Privacy & Compliance at Shell Recharge from September 2020 to December 2022, where Phillip developed a multi-year security program and led a team addressing security risks. Phillip's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Boingo Wireless, Westfield, BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, Hypermedia Systems, eLoyalty, and Techies, where Phillip managed various security, compliance, and IT initiatives. Phillip holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Information Technology from Michigan State University.
