Marina Rensi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the fashion and textile industries. Currently serving as the Workplace Experience Manager at Carpe Data since October 2023, Marina previously held various roles at Spoonflower, including Operations Supervisor and Team Leader, where significant contributions included managing a 15-member production team and optimizing operational efficiency. As the founder of Eco Moon Pads, a zero waste project, Marina focused on customer-centric solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Earlier career stages included roles as Department Manager of Men's Fashion at Avoca Ireland and experiences in fashion design and merchandising, backed by a strong educational foundation in fashion design and visual merchandising from institutions such as Centro Universitário Senac and Dublin Design Institute.
