Jeff DeFazio

Jeff DeFazio has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeff is currently an Advisory Board Member at Cloud BC Labs since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Managing Partner of Carpe Diem Partners, a Leadership Advisory Firm, from 2018.

Before that, Jeff held the position of Managing Partner at three global executive search firms: CTPartners, HI, and Boyden, from 2013 to 2018. Jeff also worked as a Management Consultant and West Coast Practice Leader at Egon Zehnder from 2010 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, Jeff served as the CEO and Director at Compass Health Brands - HME (Carex Health Brands, acquired) from 2007 to 2010. Jeff was the President and Director at ICU Eyewear, Inc. (Zoom Eyeworks, acquired) from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they held the role of President at Plaid Enterprises (All Night Media, acquired) from 1999 to 2001. Jeff also worked as the VP of Corporate Marketing, Product, and Sales at Jacuzzi from 1996 to 1999.

Jeff DeFazio has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Management from the University of Delaware. Jeff also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

In addition to their degrees, Jeff has obtained several certifications. In May 2012, they completed the Hogan Executive Coaching and Assessment program offered by Hogan Assessment Systems.
