Andy Louis

Andy Louis has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Consultant for PwC Consulting. Andy then moved to IBM Business Consulting Services, where they worked as a Consultant from 2002 to 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Amazon in various roles, including Director of the Launch Team, General Manager, Site Leader, Senior Operations Manager, Project Manager of Fulfillment Center Startup Operations, Operations Manager, and Area Manager. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Implus as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations. In 2021, they began working at Carpe as the Vice President of Operations.

Andy Louis received their MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2004 and 2006. Andy received their AB from Dartmouth College in Mathematics between 1996 and 2000. Before that, they attended Phillips Exeter Academy between 1991 and 1995.
