Iyad Abdulmajeed has extensive experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement, currently serving as a Senior Lean Transformation Leader and Lean Manufacturing Specialist IV at Carpenter Additive since July 2021. Previously, Iyad worked as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Airxcel, Inc, from July 2020 to July 2021, and held the position of Business Management Office Specialist at Carpenter Technology Corporation from April 2017 to July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Engineer/Project Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation from May 2015 to March 2017, an Industrial Engineer at Heil Trailer International in early 2013, and owner/manager of International Jerusalem Market from January 2009 to January 2011. Iyad holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned between 2011 and 2015.
