Brian Bratter

Brian Bratter, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Brian has held various senior-level positions in different companies. From 1991 to 1995, they worked as an Accounting Manager at National Beverage Corp, where they played a crucial role in preparing SEC reports and establishing operational procedures for the vending machine division. From 1995 to 2009, they served as a Division Controller at Carpenter Contractors of America, Inc. / R & D Thiel, Inc., where they were involved in all aspects of the business and led special projects related to manufacturing productivity. In 2009, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Avid Pallet Services, LLC and later at Star Development. In these roles, they focused on financial management, including cash management, credit policies, and implementing computer systems for efficient book closing. Since 2012, Brian has been working at Carpenter Contractors of America, Inc. / R & D Thiel, Inc. again, progressing from Assistant Vice President Finance to Vice President Finance and currently serving as Senior Vice President Finance.

Brian Bratter, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida Southern College, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Brian also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
